The Whitaker Women's Care clinic is open Monday to Friday by appointment only. Saturday emergency appointments are also available. When calling to schedule an appointment, please state the purpose of the appointment clearly to allow for the appropriate amount of time to be scheduled. If you need to schedule an emergency appointment, there are a number of daily slots reserved for this purpose.
Please be considerate to fellow patients and when necessary cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge that is charged to your account.
The office and phone lines are open from 8am on weekdays, and our reception staff handles all of our calls. If you need to speak directly to a doctor, one will return your call when time permits. Please be patient, all of our doctors are very busy during office hours.
